The 30 Minute Killer Cardio Workout



When you're short on time but want a quick, fat-blasting workout, cardio is the way to go. This workout will have your heart pumping and requires almost no equipment at all. If you don't have a jump rope, just simulate the rope with your hand movements! 

If you've got more than 30 minutes, you could follow up this workout with an ab blast or some light weight lifting. We love this flat belly workout and it would be an awesome compliment to the cardio. You'd definitely be sore tomorrow!

Make sure to add some stretching at the end to prevent injury and soreness. Good luck and drink lots of water!
